Terri and Ashley were AMAZING!!! We purchased a home through them in 2020, right at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We were first time home buyers and needed a lot of handholding through the process. Terri was incredible. She communicated very clearly about the entire process, from offering to inspection to closing Terri was there holding our hand and making us feel confident that we had made a great purchase, even during a pandemic! What I appreciate most about Terri is she was willing to show us as many houses as we needed to feel confident and she never made us feel rushed or like a burden. Fast forward two years and we unexpectedly needed to move out of state. The Billings market was crazy and forecasts of stalling out were everywhere. We were terrified. Having never sold a house before, Terri and Ashley held our hands through the entire process. Ashley answered all of my texts and phone calls, right away, often when I was going back and forth on what I wanted our list price to be. We were not easy clients. I was stressed out beyond words and Terri and Ashley treated us like we were their most important clients in the world. They were patient and responsive to my freak-outs and they NEVER showed anything but understanding and compassion. Terri and Ashley were incredibly honest when the market was unpredictable and transparent with me when we were trying to figure out a great list price. Terri communicated every offer, all potential buyer feedback, and was incredibly professional and communicative. At the same time we were selling our house we were trying to buy a home in another state. We were often frustrated with the lack of communication from the out of state agent and Terri honestly stepped in and let us know what was acceptable and what was not in terms of this other agents behavior. Terri and Ashley went above and beyond as both buying and selling agents. I have so much respect for this team. They are quick to respond, communicate frequently and honestly, and I also felt like we were trying to do the most moral thing possible when selling and buying our house. My husband and I put thousands of dollars into our home getting it prepared to sell. When we talked to Terri some of the questions rolled through our minds, "why do we need a realtor and why pay a ton of money?" Our house was on the market for 24 hours before it closed. I thought, “That was easy-peasy”. We negotiated the inspection with only a few modifications. It seemed everything was going great until the buyer’s wife asked the buyer for a divorce and they backed out of the deal with only $500 earnest money. The house went back on the market and in 48 hours it was under contract once again. We went through the second inspection with some more modifications and additional expenditures fixing what was negotiated and then the buyer lost his job and financiing fell through. The third time it went on the market it was under contract in a week. We went through an inspection the third time and negotiated it through with a ton more emotions involved. Terri and Ashley helped list it all three times, they helped negotiate the selling price all three times, helped negotiate the inspections all three times, dealt with Lockwood water tax issues plus kept us from going crazy. They answered phone calls in the evening and on the weekends, met with us in the early morning and listened to us vent many times. It may seem a lot of money but they earned every dollar. There is no way we could have negotiated this complicated real-estate endeavor without them. Thanks! God Bless you both!
